一、椰子為熱帶地區(qū)重要之樹種，其果實內(nèi)之果肉被取用后，外殼隨處丟棄，影響環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。 
 Coconut is one of important tropical fruit tree. The shell was discarded when the pulp was eaten, it destroy  
the environment.  
二、現(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)椰子果實外殼可供加工生產(chǎn)椰碳之用途，不但使廢物充分利用，又可達到環(huán)境保護， 
的積極效益，是一種重要的”環(huán)保纖維”。 
 It was found coconut shell can be used to produce coconut charcoal. It not only make the trash recycle,  
but only protect the environment. So it is an important “ environmental-friendly” fiber.  
三、將椰子外殼的纖維質(zhì)加熱到1200℃，可生成活性炭。再與Polyester混合并添加其它化學物資， 
可制成椰炭母粒，并以Polyester為載體稀釋，可抽成椰炭長纖及短纖之纖維。 
 Heat the coconut shell up to 1200℃, can be generated into activate carbon. Then let it blend with polyester  
Ａnd other chemical materials, can generate into coconut-charcoal master batch, at last use polyester as carrier  
to dilute it, can produce coconut-charcoal filament Ａnd staple fiber. Bitmap  
 一般性質(zhì)：Product Features 
1. 形態(tài)：椰炭PET纖維   Shape: Coconut-charcoal PET staple fiber  
2. 顏色：黑灰色。Color : Black-grey 
3. 有光澤。 It is glossy 
4. 耐濕、耐候。Wet fastness Ａnd weatherability  
5. 固成份(內(nèi)含椰炭 負離子 遠紅外線)： Total ~ 0.8 ％  
 Solid content(including coconut-charcoal, negative ions Ａnd F.I.R): Total ~0.8％ 
6. pH值： 無   pH : None  
7. 次微米椰炭主要粒徑： ~ 200 nm 。 
 Main diameter of hypo-micron coconut-charcoal: ~200nm  
8.對環(huán)境及人、畜無害：不含鉛、鎘、汞、六價鉻、聚合溴化聯(lián)苯（PBB）、聚合溴化聯(lián)苯乙醚 
（PBDE）六種有毒有害物質(zhì)。

檢測報告：Test Result 
經(jīng)抽紗制成布料后，經(jīng)檢測結(jié)果，負離子含量在650顆/cm3以上 遠紅外線放射波率在 0.9以上。 
The fabric made of coconut-charcoal was found that the negative ions content is more than 650pcs/cm3, the 
 wave rate of F.I.R can be above 0.9.

●使用椰炭纖維織成之面料，纖維里含有椰炭顆粒，在制成服裝后仍保持活性，纖維中的椰炭 
形成一種多孔滲水的表面，能吸附臭味，具有防濕、除味、防紫外線等功能。

coconut-charcoal will form a porous appearance,so has the advantages such as High moisture absorbency, 
 odor neutralization, anti-UV Ａnd etc.  
●椰炭纖維織成之面料，可做為運動服裝之材料，穿著后使身體排出的汗液迅速蒸發(fā)。在清洗、 
曬干后，這種運動服始終能保持原有的特性。 
Coconut-charcoal fabric can be made into sport wear , it can make the sweat vaporize quickly.

It is also can be used as pillow Ａnd quilt’s filling because it is “keep-warm” fiber. If it is used to make garments’
