本公司是在從事十幾年紡織品經(jīng)營的基礎上于2001年創(chuàng)建并擁有進出口權的有限責任公司，同年參與了國營大型紡織企業(yè)---國營山東菏澤棉紡織廠的股份制改造，成功參股組建了菏澤銀河紡織有限責任公司。形成了15萬錠的紡紗生產(chǎn)能力，年產(chǎn)各種紗線1.5萬噸，噴氣織機，劍桿織機，有梭織機1000余臺，各種坯布3000萬米，生產(chǎn)總值達到5億元人民幣的大型股份制企業(yè)。幾年來我公司依托在山東的紡織生產(chǎn)基地及所處長三角的產(chǎn)業(yè)信息優(yōu)勢研發(fā)了各種特種紗線及優(yōu)質面料，使公司所生產(chǎn)的系列產(chǎn)品成功出口到歐美，中東，非洲等地，深受廣大客戶的青睞。

Our company has developed a limited liability company with trading right of import Ａnd export in 2001. In the same year, our company invested in ShＡndong Heze Yinhe Textile Limited Company, which has further expＡnded the business scope Ａnd production capability of our company. We have the printing Ａnd dyeing line in Huzhou, annual production capability of yarn reaches 150,000 spindles, output of various kinds of yarns is 15,000 tons. It has more than 1000 sets of air-jet looms, rapier looms Ａnd shuttle looms. Kinds of gray cloths reach 30 million meters,the production value reaches RMB500 million.
